well, just as the title says, I've been busy. As you can tell from my recent photos, I went to my first anime convention and had a blast. ^^ Dam, Steven, Vansay, and I plan to go to Anime Iowa this next July/ August and I already have my secondary costume completely. Just need to make my primary costume which should be...fun.

My cosplays for AI2010 include:

Sleeptime Sakura (for Steven's Sleeptime Team 7 group for Naruto)

Rukia Kuchiki (for the Bleach Photoshoot)

Tiamatt Seirei (yes, my main cosplay is my own OC ^^)

In other news, I finally got the oppertunity to see RENT live! It was absolutely amazing and worth the 4 year wait for them to return to Des Moines. However, I may OD on RENT again soon since I haven't been able to stop listen to the soundtrack since the show.

Things are also looking up considerably since a few months ago. I quite honestly owe my sanity and my life to one person, who if I ever lost him, would literally destroy me mentally, emotionally, and would more then likely lead to my physical destruction. However, because of the chain of events that occured since July, my own personality has...barely been salvaged and that again, is only thanks to one person. He's the only one that keeps my new hate for humanity from growing, from keeping my mind from those dark corners it once poked and prodded years ago. He is the only person I truly even remotely trust anymore to the point that I can actually talk to him comfortably. Its not that I don't trust others...I just doubt their words and actions. But, like Dam is slowly helping me pick up the shattered pieces of myself.

And for those who read my fanfics, its not that I've forgotten about them, its just that I'm one of those writers that need to carry a notebook with them so that they can write they're story whenever they get ideas. Unfortunately, work prohibits my from doing that so while I get plenty of ideas for my fics, by the time I get to my computer, I've either forgotten the ideas or lost the mood to write. sorry but I'll try to get back to them soon...hopefully...maybe...I hope...
